Excellent pharmacy! The pharmacists and staff are friendly, professional and highly skilled in their areas of expertise. If a customer representative does not know the answer he or she asks to get the answer that I need. I am always treated kindly and with attentiveness and respect. Busy? Yes, often, but they manage their workflow beautifully. Well done!!

What's the point of setting up a pick up the next day if it won't even be ready that day? They didn't notify me of it and when I asked they were short with me like it was my fault

Pharmacists are unfriendly everywhere. Not sure why that is. This HEB one has a lot of non working folks that makes the wait line painfully long. No such luck in just picking up your prescription before work.

I have used H-E-B pharmacy for numerous years, however getting my three prescriptions filled starting becoming very difficult, I called a on Tuesday and they said the prescriptions would be ready on Thursday? I go Saturday morning and the prescriptions are not ready? They said they needed doctor's verification to refill this very common cholesterol medication that I have taken for years and a medication for acid reflux? The girl working in the pharmacy told me to come back in a few minutes, these means come back later Saturday or Sunday. My next doctors appointment I am requesting a change in pharmacy's due to terrible customer service.

My Dr sent in prescriptions on 2/6. I made sure that they were set up on autofill before leaving for the country. When I returned and went in on the 18th, they weren’t ready and no one knew why. But that’s ok, I can get them tomorrow morning,despite working nightshift.

Pharmacists are liars. Called stating our daughter could not have the artificial dyes in a medicine. Ignored the notes that were left by the assistants for two days. Claimed they couldn’t get ahold of the doctor for a new prescription. Doctor said they never reached out u til Friday afternoon (2 days after we called)“Helping Texans” is a lie.

The worst experience I've been violently I'll was told to come back for the rest of the medicine ..the first time was ok second time the lady who answered was rude through my PMT and I'd in the box.. and was very short ..no response no asking if I need to know about my medication...we were only told to sit in the car while the other lane got cared for..most of the time I have patience and understanding...I haven't been able to relax or eat the past 24 hours and usually pharmacy is kind and gentle not this time .no one likes rude people especially if they already feel less than a half person

H E B changes the prices on their meds. One month it's 24.dollars the next month it's 300 % highter same meds 69 dollars. Their prices need to be consistent....bad H E B .

Nearly always in a state of disarray and confusion, the pharmacy is at best relatively friendly and competent but with scatterings of misinformation and at worst rude, slow and inept. While there are some times of the day that the pharmacy is relatively calm, you can usually count on them to be riding the ragged edge of disaster: mixing up which customers get what, neglecting to answer important questions, interrupting customers or simply forgetting that a customer is there for long periods. Check your bag before walking or driving away. Make sure you have the right things in there.
