They way that the store is laid out makes it difficult to find what you need, you always have to spend more time than you want because the items you need are spread out all over the store. It's very frustrating shopping at heb, I know that it could be better if they only knew how to put all of the groceries on one side or the other instead of being spread out here and there

Yesterday, 05/07/2024, I had a bitter experience that I will never forget in public. I went to buy two baskets of beer. I didn't realize that I didn't have iD. At that moment, when I went to pay, I asked the lady who was there for a moment. The clerk who already brought it to me didn't even last 3 minutes when my ID arrived. I presented my ID to a woman who posed as a manager because at no time did I have an ID as a manager and she told me that I couldn't buy at the same time from the 30 minutes I returned with my dad and he went to buy it, they took it away from us without any explanation and we are both over 21 years old. Yesterday was the most unpleasant day I have ever spent in a supermarket.

Sabrina, the cashier was too busy to see me walk up to her register since she was on her cell phone. I purchased a refrigerated protien shake. I asked if I could please have a small bag. She said you don't need one. I said I do because I'm going to get something else. She said you have a sticker you don't need a bag. I wasn't concerned with someone thinking I stole a $4 shake, I had my receipt. I was going to get a to go BBQ and a fountain drink and I didn't want to put my cold protein shake in a hot bag. You should train your team to listen before speaking and answering. The lady at the BBQ place didn't interrogate me when I asked her for a bag. Seriously was it too much to ask. She could have gone right back to her phone after the two seconds she needed to hand it over.
