I took my 2022 Ford bronco in for a recall. Carol explained the service that was going to be performed and also provided an estimated time of when my vehicle would be ready for pick up. During the update of the recall, Carol called me and explained my battery is not working and they replaced it under my warranty and also did a three-point check. My vehicle was ready around the estimated time. I appreciate the communication and the transparency of this dealership. I live in San Antonio, but I drive to Seguin. You can’t beat the service. Thank you, Carol.

If I could give them a zero, I would. (One of the mgrs, Daryn, said he'd respond to this, but remember, the customer is always right). I asked for them to fix details I overlooked on the day I bought a truck, tried to plead my case, but as your typical dealership, said there was nothing they could do about it. The day I inquired about the truck, I stated that the truck was not lot ready, and they said they'd detail it. That's about all I was promised would be done on their part. Do your homework at other dealership but don't come here. To the guys I talked to, karma is a B. When something bad happens to you, remember this day..

Horrible experience with their financing manager! They added hidden protection packages and then tried to pressure us into using their in house financing to remove it. When we decided to use their financing, they added it back and then claimed we could get additional coverages that would then compensate for the price increase. This is after we incurred hard pulls on our credit. Go here for a vehicle it you want to be lied to and forced into a corner.

Where to begin....seems my experience is very similar to many others at this dealership. I flew into town to purchase a jeep. Test drove the vehicle and was ready to sign off on my purchase. As they pulled the car around back for a detail, I noticed a white plastic clip on a black piece of cosmetic plastic under the headlight. After calling them out on it whilst being assured that it wasn't there and being pressured to start paperwork, I demanded it be brought back around to look at. When it was brought back out, the clip had been removed, and what do you know the piece fell into the bumper completely detached.
Kasey assured me repeatedly it was not a big deal and an easy fix, but was seemingly completely oblivious to the principle of the whole situation. They lied and attempted to deceive me on the condition of the car. He then, after 20 minutes of trying to coerce me into signing paperwork, offered to take the Jeep over to the dodge house the next morning to get a quote on repairs as apparently, according to Kasey, they are incapable of minor cosmetic repairs on anything besides a ford. I regrettably agreed to this, and when I followed up Saturday morning to check on the status, I was told the dodge house was closed. After a quick 30-second phone call, I realized I was once again lied to as they were, in fact, open. At this point I was done attempting to do business with them. They, however, were not done trying to make a sale. Miraculously in the blink of an eye the dodge house happened to be open and they were now able to perform the repair I requested, which they were incapable of performing the day before.
I hope anyone who considers doing business with these guys exhausts all other options and thoroughly inspects the car they are preparing to buy. The fact that they seemingly keep employing the same people that others have mentioned in these ratings makes me believe they are efficiently conning people on a consistent basis. BUYER BEWARE

I have been looking for a good used Ford Edge for the past few weeks. I found what seemed to be a good deal at Griffith on CarGurus. My wife and I drove about an hour to test drive and consider a purchase. Brandon Rizo approached us as we exited our vehicle, and the rest is history! Brandon was GREAT! He provided all the information we requested (on two vehicles) and never played the "pressure game."
Honestly, we had already done our research (besides having owned a 2015 Ford Edge for a number of years), so we knew the answer to most of our questions before we asked. Brandon was never shifty and he never answered a question he did not know. He was honest and straight forward. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I highly recommend you drive to Griffith Ford in Sequin AND ask for Brandon Rizo. He will treat you with dignity and respect.
