2.5 hours... regular paint on my toes, full set which came out crooked and wayyy too long even after I asked multiple times for shorter length... spent $100 on service, $20 for tip. Not please for $120. I even had a nail tech from another salon say my nails were ugly. Will never go back.

If you ask me “what keeps bringing you back to Fancy Nail & Spa?” I would have to say the people. Their customer service is amazing and they never fail to make you feel loved and like your a part of the Fancy Family. Most times when i come to Fancy i never know what I'm gonna get quality wise but the customer service out weighs everything therefore Fancy will do it for me everytime!

Always great and always busy. I had nails refill, pedicure and eyebrows waxed. Reasonably priced and quick.

I enjoy going to fancy nails for a quick pedicure, in my opinion they have surely stepped up the service since the last time I went in 2019-2020.
Amy (I believe) is very sweet and takes her time. I also really appreciate the fact that they keep their gloves on for the duration of the pedicure.

Been coming here for about 2 years now... I never have any issues. They do them thick for me because I work with my hands and lot but I like them long. Just tell them what you want and they're always gracious and accommodating 🥰

Should of read the comments before coming here. Had shellac French manicure done and it only lasted a couple of days. Would not recommend this place. So so disappointed and the money you spend to get that done. UGH!

I came in with my little daughter knowing exactly what I wanted. It was an argument all the way through with them wanting one thing and me another. I was frustrated and tired of repeating while they did what they wanted and dealing with sighs. My toes and fingers are different. I didn’t need the stress I have a dying husband and my daughter her daddy needed not the stress. I deal with thousands of people and been to a great many salons in multiple states. I really am far beyond greatly disappointed and after all that the higher cost cause they kept messing up and not communicating well when I told them what I wanted and the color that they must have run out or something. Why have examples of nails and colors if you’re not gonna follow. I will tell others just drive to new Brunfels it’s worth the time and gas.
One set of flowers is in the middle the others on the side I’m just frustrated wanted out of their.

Messed up design on my nails and told me to come back to get them fixed. Came back to get them fixed and was told no the lady is gone for a week. Very rude costumer service.

I love coming here. The owners are so kind and that flows into their staff. Aliyah and Christine are both fantastic and take their time when doing your nails. Very clean and overall just a great place to come to. Highly recommend coming here! Best nail salon in Seguin.

Went in today 4/20..I was in a rush... told them I couldn't take all day... no problem they said... pedicure and fills.. spent 2 1/2 hrs and my nails still were not done.. will NOT GO BACK! and I have spent thousands... i did tell them I was very upset and that I had told them I couldn't take all day.. I had a birthday party to get to (mine).. yeah nobody is important there... so upset.. so angry

Stylist: My stylist Hoa did great on my pedicure. My toes were done really well. But she also did my dip manicure and really didn't do a good job with those. She didn't touch my cuticles at all and the dip powder wasn't well done on the edges. I was really disappointed given that this place had really good reviews in Seguin.
