Called to find out price for cpap machine they couldn't give me a straight answer they said it could be different with and without insurance. I just asked for a base price : which now I found out is 350 . So this place seems kinda shady to me .

Got my CPAP machine through Cedarview. Kori is wonderful to work with. She took the time to explain everything to me and has followed up with me several times making it an overall pleasant experience.

I was new to the whole cpap machine and the process. I can say I got in this right after new management and they were wonderful!!! Elizabeth is a God send she was just the recipient that got thrown into more responsibility and was amazing at it. She was great we both were learning at the sametime and she was patient courteous and just all around joy to talk to!!!! I can say yall need to keep her shes amazing!!!!

I was recently diagnosed with apnea.Had it not been for my Samsung Galaxy 4 smartwatch I would have never known my oxygen was droppingso low!Cpap to the rescue!Ms. Elizabeth was the ultimate example of customer service beyond my wildest expectations!As a senior nurse I was beyond impressed as she helped me on 3 occasions with a smile on her face and joy on her beautiful face.I complimented her earrings my first visit and she immediately took them off and gave them to me!I was so touched and I love them!THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH SUPERLATIVES FOR THIS EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE!Thank you Ms. Elizabeth!Blessings!Sleep is amazing now!Linda Murrell LVNNso low at night Nevhave known my Oxygen was so low

Got a CPAP here in June (old management) and the mask didn’t fit and was extremely uncomfortable. Lost my power cord on a trip a month later so I went back to get a replacement. The new staff was amazing - helped me find a different mask that works 10 times better for me. Very helpful and nice staff!

Great customer support and sales representatives. Very helpful. Did do suggestive sales. Had ancillary necessary equipment and attachments for medical devices interested in .We are about to buy a CPAP will go there againGreat selection of products.

I ordered my CPAP machine from them in June of 2021. As of today a year later I still do not have my machine. I called constantly to check on the status and they were extremely short and laughed about it at one point. I finally gave up on getting my machine from them and to this day I have never received a call from them about the situation. Very unprofessional and rude. Stay away from this place, they are no help at all.

Lady there was RUDE to my husband on the phone when he called to inquire about his CPap then the next day he took it in, her husband went in back to get her, "She comes out, gave a real big sigh and says, "What are we doing?" Didn't speak to me at all, didn't say, hello how may I help you, NOTHIN!! Just a mean li'l thing that should NOT be in Customer Service!!!

They were very friendly and helpful. After receiving a call about a death in the family we urgently needed to rent a portable oxygen concentrator for the flight home. The company that was usually used for oxygen supplies was unfortunately unable to assist on such short notice. Upon calling here we had the equipment needed the same afternoon.

We purchased a low loss air mattress and hospital bed frame for use since I am a parapelegic for 47 years and recently had many issues with skin breakdown. Drive medical is where they got the air mattress. The compressor for this mattress lasted 6 months. Upon contacting Cedar View medical and dealing with the manager Shirley, we were always felt with in a hateful manner always like it was our fault. Upon receiving the second mattress and compressor everything was great. But upon the 6 month mark once again compressor went out.Third time was the same 6 months compressor goes out. All three times in dealing with Shirley we were treated extremely bad. We were told twice we would get bed in a week but always ended up taking over three weeks. I would not recommend this company to anyone after the poor service and bad attitudes received from a manager like this. Buyer be careful.
