If I could give them a 0, I would. I've been coming to this pawn shop for the past 12 years, but not anymore. They consistently sell broken stuff, and refuse to take it back even if you have the receipt and it's under warranty. Just not a good place to go business. Quality sells, and that's not what you find there.

If you sell a game console make sure to delete your account before pawning it here because they sell them with out wiping them and you will get your accounts stolen!!!And they don’t care!!!My account was stolen and my credit card was charged!!!They don’t care!They never even TOLD ME TO DELETE THE STUFF! This is the 1st pawn I ever been to that won’t delete the stuff on the consoles. They are selling stolen property!!!

My husband bought me an Apple IPad on the 23rd. Being an android guy he didn’t think or know to check what generation iPad it was. He gifted it to me Christmas Eve and when I signed in to AppleID I realized it was an Apple iPad mini 3. It’s completely unsupported by IOS and cannot be updated passed iOS 12 (currently we’re at iOS 17). This iPad is essentially useless. You cannot download or use any current apps as they are not compatible with iOS 12. Took it back to the store today to try to politely ask for our money back or another iPad that would work and the manager (I’m assuming) wasn’t kind at all. She agreed the device is obsolete but with no other iPad to swap with she insisted we could only have HALF of the money he paid for it back. They charged him $250 plus tax for a 9 almost 10 yr old iPad and he only got $125 back. It’s sad to think we have purchased multiple items from this place and as a repeat customer they wouldn’t even budge to fix this. It’s disgusting to grossly overcharge for items that aren’t of any use to anyone anymore. Next time we won’t be purchasing electronics from any pawn but more so we will never shop Cash Pawn Seguin again. Posting this to warn others of their horrible policy. Oh side note if you pay more for warranty which we didn’t because we thought it covered if the items didn’t work, it does work, just can’t update, but if you buy warranty then apparently you can get all your money back. But just having your receipt will NOT help you.
