Went in Saturday(10/12/2024) and ordered a pair of boots, some Cody James work boots, lady told me they ordered them and would be in the upcoming Tuesday... went back Wednesday(10/16/2024) and they still were not there. Was told the GM was going to give me a call the next day... Never called.... I called today(10/19/2024) and they still have not came in. Boots were never ordered. Will never do business with this establishment ever again. Will also tell all the people I work with about how they conduct business. Would Not Recommend.

I stopped in to purchase the jeans I have worn for years. The issue was that they no longer fit well and the sizes were limited. A very kind young lady named Kim stepped in right away to help me find the jeans that fit right and checked all my needs. If not for her, I would have turned around and left without making a purchase. Kim is an asset to the company and her knowledge of the store was impressive. The prices at Boot Barn have always been a bit high, however the service I received today from Kim was worth every penny. I will definitely be returning. When you go in, ask for Kim, she will help you find exactly what you need/want.

You need to look around Seguin and San Antonio for that matter. Lots of fat/tall guys. You have very little selection for big and tall men, and it’s scattered all over. Nothing over 3X . You need to consolidate and make a special area for large men . You want us to shop local , I’m good with that, have my size! And every one asking if we needed help with anything didn’t know anything. Oh maybe some XL stuff over there, you just need to look around. Not helpful at all . Amazon got my money today, sorry you lost out

First time ever in a boot barn. Shelves look like they have a vast selection. But shelves are just filled with the same item in multiple sizes. It is very hard to see items online and go into the store and not be able to try on. Walked around for about 20 min without a single employee asking if i needed help. Also, Very disappointed in the high price tags. Will continue to shop at academy, calenders or make the 2.5 hr trip to Diamondback boots in Corpus Christi.

Went into the boot barn in Seguin, walked around for 20 minutes and not one salesperson said hello, or asked if we needed help. Nice big store , BUT they're going to go out of business if their help doesn't do a better job of greeting and helping customers.

So, I like Boot Barn's products and the people are extremely friendly, but I was absolutely appalled yesterday when I went in and found the pair of boots I was going to purchase had increased from $499 to $599 in two weeks! That single finding, coupled with the realization that ALL of the boots I looked at had been marked up about 20% in just a few days. Thanks Boot Barn for stocking nice looking merchandise, but you can hold on to it as I'll continue to shop Cavender's and D&D. Regards....
