Sarah is the absolute best… from the first day we met her she made sure all of our needs were met. We had and issue with porting our numbers in from AT&T, and she made sure we left with active working phones until the port was complete. I had full confidence in her, even though AT&T said it wasn’t possible, she made it happen. I will NEVER go to another Boost store EVER!!!! Thank you so much Sarah…. You’re freaking awesome!!!!!

Correct hours for folks interested!Only one star is because none is not an option.Came back the next day and was almost overwhelmed with the black and white checkerboard floor. It was probably 81° in the store which didn't help anything. All the phones on display are just that- a display. Can't test or use any before you buy. Only seems to be one employee so presumably the owner he was yelling at some customers when I walked in and when he was finished with them he began to yell or at least shout at us in the store which was dead silent and not necessary. Other than that the floor could have been mopped and he wasn't able to help us with SIM activation. Going on to say that no one could do it. which is false. A time before this he Tried to pull a $10 replacement scheme on me when trying to get the new SIM card which was free showing him the email I was sent he was quickly set in place.

I am not happy that I had a problem with my phone and I called Boost Mobile and they told me that the pin that I gave them for the was not it and the the email they have down for was not even my email and I got the phone at the location on King street

I do not know if this is the store I am writing about but it is about the Boost Mobile service. I went to a repair shop in HEB and was sold a phone and was signed up by the person in there who represented Boost. It was a nightmare in itself and we had to change our numbers which we had had for 15 years because they could not do the port change. I was told then that this was a no contract plan and I could change back anytime I wanted to another carrier. Well, we decided to do just that and returned to Consumer Cellular because for the same coverage it was over $30 cheaper per month. I called in to get my account number and was ask why I wanted it and told the person at Boost that I was changing carriers. She said they were sorry to see me go but understood and provided me with account number. However, when we went to get the sim card changed, Boost would not allow my account to be ported and told me that I had a year contract. I never signed or was told about any of this and told her what I was told that I could change carriers at any time. She ...the supervisor...told me that I still had to abide by the contract. At the same time I got my phone, I had purchased one for my husband and they had no trouble changing and porting his. My boost accts were paid by one payment. When I questioned that I was told his phone was unlocked and mine wasn't. I am not longer using any phone associated with Boost or their sim card. So if I could give Boost less than poor I would. Very bad customer service and representation. I doubt that Boost will even read this but I hope that other people will and decide to go elsewhere. Do not trust them. I was told there was no contract and then when I tried to change told I had a contract even though I did not sign or agree in any way. I hope this prevents anyone else to go elsewhere and to pass the word!

Just got 3 new phones Coolpad legacy. Very good customer service and the guy give me also activation discount on my new phones and phon cases ! definitely recommend this location 200 north King Street
