“Bilstein 5100 shocks, Rear Sway Bar, and Alignment on my 2016 Toyota Tundra.I had a very good experience with this shop. They did the job well for a very fair price. In contrast to other shops that offered to schedule the job 2-3 weeks out, and gave much higher price quotes, R&R stood out from the crowd with same day service at a fair price. I will consider this my auto shop of choice for all future needs.”

“I got a torn up tire at 5:30 am on the way from San Antonio to Houston and had no spare. I was worried about what to do and started googling for a nearby tire shop that was open that early, but had no luck. Finally, I found Carter, which was supposed to open at 7 am. I arrived at their shop at 6:30, and even though the store was officially closed, the owner let me in and got my car ready to be worked on as soon as the employees showed up. They didn’t have my tire in stock, but they got me fixed up for the rest of my trip quickly and at a very reasonable price. The gentlemen I spoke with were really helpful and friendly. They turned what could have been a disastrous day into a good one.”

“Awesome place! I called around looking for the best price on a truck tire. Depot Tire had one for a great price, so I drove over to seal the deal. Not only were the guys there very friendly, but they were very efficient. Within minutes I had a matching tire installed, and the spare put back up in it's storage spot. The crew was welcoming and customer oriented. I'll definitely go back in the future.”
“I took my Jeep to another place and they tried to up sale me on things I just had replaced. When I went to AAMCO Seguin I was comfortable and they did not try to charge me for things I did not need. A part for my ac was broken and they were able to replace it fast for a reasonable price. Friendly service, fast and efficient.”

“I was on a weekend getaway with my family when my wife's Toyota Highlander developed a major issue. It was Saturday and the air condition compressor broke. The owner, Mr. Mendoza, returned my call. It was his day off. I explained my situation and he called a few of his workers... long story short... He called a few workers to the shop and got it done... He was able to get the vehicle fixed the same day... He was even nice enough to give me a ride to the location I was staying. He even called me when the vehicle was ready and offered to pick me up... I did not let him do that as I felt he already had went above and beyond. I Ubered back to his shop and was back on the road. I would highly recommend him and his shop. My experience was positive from the start. I highly recommend his shop without any reservations.”

“Great honest work and affordable prices. I was braking down in Seguin and took it to Jp were he was able to show me I had a blown water outlet gasket that was leaking all of the engine coolant. They didn't try to poke my eyes out and say I needed extra parts. They were able to get the part and fix my vehicle in a couple of hours. Showed me my bad part and got me back up and running on the road again at an affordable price. I can honestly say they helped me out at a time when it was definitely needed. Highly recommend this shop!”
“If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! I had my AC blow last year and could not find anybody to help me out. Most shops wanted close to $1,000 and refused to install my replacement line from rockauto. The manager Joey said no problem!! I brought it in next day and Matt installed it within a couple hours for a FRACTION of what other shops quoted me. They do more than inspections and oil changes so give them a call and see what they can do for you!! I will be coming here from now on for all of my car needs. Love Love Love this place!!”

Always does a great job and has done the brakes on my daily drivers as well. Very fair and honest pricing and only does what needs to be done. He works on a semi part time basis so gotta get your car in early in the week.”

“I took my 2022 Ford bronco in for a recall. Carol explained the service that was going to be performed and also provided an estimated time of when my vehicle would be ready for pick up. During the update of the recall, Carol called me and explained my battery is not working and they replaced it under my warranty and also did a three-point check. My vehicle was ready around the estimated time. I appreciate the communication and the transparency of this dealership. I live in San Antonio, but I drive to Seguin. You can’t beat the service.
