They were really friendly and inviting but the haircut they gave me was not good. I asked for the hair on the sides and back to be tapered, leave three inches on the top and for my side burns to be at the bottom of my ear. I was basically asking for a simple scissor tapered haircut. The lady who cut my hair cut the sides and the back all the same length (no taper whatsoever) and she pretty much hacked off my sidebhrns. The sideburns were left at the top of my ears which looked ridiculous. I've never had my sideburns that short in my entire life. To top it off, one sideburn was left significantly longer than the other. I told her that I like having a long fringe and to barely cut the tips. She said she understoond but then completely chopped off my fringe. She thinned out my fringe (without me ever telling her to use thinning shears) without any warning. I hate when my hair is thinned out so I would never ask for this. Again, they were very nice, but couldn't follow the directions of a haircut that should be easy for a hair stylist to cut.
