The card reader is damaged here, and when I brought it up, an employee dismissed it and blamed me. Julie was absolutely disrespectful and almost certainly negligent of her job. When several customers in a row have issues with the chip reader, it is most definitely not just all of our cards. Even if that was so, Julie should have reassured the customers, including myself, that she would take a look at it and help us. My card is not damaged, and I was able to use it for other things, including using the ATM at Stripes just to pay for breakfast. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that the chip reader is loose and obviously needs to be serviced, but Julie there seems to think it does.

Very dirty. Service was friendly but the place needs a deep, deep clean.

I came here to buy a drink and the place were nasty. And the men's restroom was close. Why? I ask the cashier and he said cuz it's not clean. I'm like that's not my problem. Your job is to clean the restrooms as well as cashiers. Can't do your job then quit. He's getting paid to cash out customer's but he's also get paid to clean the store clean and the store stocked. Therefore restrooms should never be closed if he was doing his job. Being shorthand is NOT an excuse for not doing your job. That's just laziness. He's getting paid to not work. Might as well close the women's restrooms too. And even the store. No excuse for laziness.

The store is very clean. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly. The food that I got at Laredo taco was very good with fresh made tortillas.

Slowest gas pumps ever! Toilet seat was wet. No TP. Sodas in the fridge were not even cold. Cups for fountain drinks were not stocked. Only redeeming quality was the girl behind the counter was pleasant.

I went in there and this lady named Cathy was working cashier and she was so ugly and disrespectful. I asked her for lottery tickets and she said No because she didn’t feel like getting them for me and that she Was doing paper work. I asked her again & she said I have to be 21 to buy them, Um in the state of Texas you have to be 18. 7 Eleven Please train your workers better.

According to the policy , your not allowed to use your card at 2 different pumps. The incident that occurred. Was an elderly black couple needed fuel. They asked initially for cash but when told he had no cash., but could use his card they were very thankful. In other instances when asked for cash and told the same, they declined. Since when do store have the right to tell customers that’s not allowed to help people. My husband didn’t have a gun to his head and they shook his hand in appreciation.
