They loaded the wrong feed again. It's seriously every time and hard to tell when you buy a lot of different bags. The j*** check out girl was also super nice to not offer to have someone help the pregnant lady lug a 40 pound bag of dog food outside.

I have a lot of good things and a lot of bad things to say about this business. To start with the good things, the staff is usually very friendly and helpful. The boys outside, especially the older hispanic man. Everyone loves him and he works his hardest to make sure all customers are happy and is always very friendly. The staff at the counter are usually friendly, depending on who checks you out. Valerie, who ended up quitting I assume because I never see her anymore was one of the best workers and was better than the owner and manager. Most of the girls at the counter who were helpful and very friendly have all quit and I assume we’re run off by the management/ owners. I’ve heard stories about how the manager treats his staff, and he has always been very rude from what I have noticed. (That is when he actually is there). I’ve gone here for years and have held my tongue, but I finally decided to write this review after everything I have noticed. Horrible management, and an extremely rude owner. If you ask around they will tell you the same, people feel disrespected by the management. I hope one day they realize how they act and start treating their customers AND their staff with respect.

The best customer service that you could ask for. That's from the cashier to the loading dock. Everyone goes above and beyond to help the customer's. I've only visited their store 2 times and I can't wait to go back already.

I had been urgently looking for seeds, peas specifically! I called and the staff was super friendly and let me know all the kinds and variety they had at the moment. Will be back for more! I appreciate the customer service they gave me, very helpful!

I bought a bag of feed that is a meal which is powdered form. The Spanish guy brought the bag of e to my truck and put it inside and I checked to make sure there wasn't any holes and it was the right feed. I noticed there was a hole in the back of B and I asked the guy can you give me a bag without holes. He went to go get another bag and laughed about it with his coworker.
