Had a repair performed at this dealership. The issue was wrongfully diagnosed, the service manager was to no help, and my issue with the a/c on my truck is still present even though paying a hefty repair charge. Do not recommend this dealership for repairs at all.

Staff customer service was excellent. I rated it as a "3" because I was informed that my 2005 Impala would not be able to have engine diagnostics run any longer due to a software change. I really like Tegeler but now I will have to find another service shop who still can do engine diagnostics for my older auto.
