I bought a cute pair of rain boots for my daughter. Sadly they didn't fit so I went back to see if I could exchange them for something else the young lady was willing to help me but she didn't know how to make a return, so the other older woman basically told me I could not return them for many irrelevant reasons not even make an exchange. Now I'm stuck with a pair of boots that don't fit my daughter or myself. Ask for the return policy before making any purchase.

***UPDATE**Still never answered any messages, ignored me, but I did get a $16 refund, absent $8 for return shipping I paid for their mistake.Bought a shirt online. I paid. They mailed me the wrong shirt, tried to blame me. Spent $8 more to return the shirt. Now they won't answer my messages. They will take your money, then don't respond.. watch out for your wallets!!!
