Great experience & knowledgeable staff! I was recently in the market for a new Jeep and found one I wanted to view online at this dealership location. As I don't live in Sealy, I called to make sure the vehicle was available before driving out. I spoke with Peter on the phone and he confirmed the Jeep I was looking at was at the dealership. I arrived and Peter was with another client so Stephen stepped in and assisted me. I checked out the vehicle (it was as pictured online and the price matched) & did my test drive. These guys are the dream team! I put a deposit down on the vehicle and came back to purchase (worked with Marcus for all things financial) and drove it off the lot 2 days later. The Jeep was freshly washed, vacuumed, and filled up with gas. It really is the little things that make the biggest difference! This was probably the most seamless transaction I have ever had when buying a vehicle. 100% recommend Momentum in Sealy. It's worth the drive to be taken care of and have a stress-free car buying experience!!!

GREAT service! Shop was clean and employees were professional. My service advisor was knowledgeable and very helpful others could learn from her. I’ll be doing business there again for sure.

This was one of the best truck buying experiences i have ever had. Everyone at the dealership where very professional and i never felt rushed or hurried through the sales or financing process. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I plan on using them for all my service work as well!!!!!!!!!

bought a truck here recently- after signing the paperwork and leaving with my truck- it took another week of phone calls and more paperwork sent in to finalize the sale. Then I had to have repairs done to the truck- and I took the truck back to this dealership for repairs. The service department took 4 days to look at my car, 4 days to call my insurance adjuster to schedule the a time for them to come look at the repairs needed- this was AFTER I called the service manager 4 days after my truck just sat at their shop. After the insurance adjuster came in and approved the diagnostic paperwork, it took 4 more days to get a paperwork for the needed repairs- which I was told by the dealership to ask my insurance adjuster for because the service department didn't have an email to send it to me. Now my shop has been at this shop for 10 days and they are just now ordering parts, and said it would take another week for the parts to come in for my Dodge Ram- this is a Dodge ram dealership. They blame the delay on my insurance company and on COVID. COVID is over- it doesn't explain 4 days to get my truck looked at, then 4 more days to get parts ordered. Now - due to COVID as of June 22,2023, parts will take a week to come in. I still haven't been given an ETA on when my Dodge Ram will be completed. I talked to the service manager and the general manager about this- and they never apologized- actually they told me this is all "normal" and I have no reason to be upset. I regret buying this truck at this dealership and taking this truck back for repairs. The general manager also told me that I am not their only customer after I told him all of these complaints - priceless. After 2 weeks of my truck being at this dealership service department- and parts not even ordered yet- I moved it to AutoNation in Katy. There Service there was immediately better with communication and customer service.

Called to make an offer on a car. They said they could do it. We called and verified many times with them that they could do this deal. We drive the one and a half hours to get there. We test drive and look over the car. We start doing the paperwork and I notice they have the old price on the paperwork so I ask we are doing it for the $21,000 out the door right? He replies yes and writes it on the paperwork to take to the advisor. After that he had a "delivery" he was "very late" for, so someone else stepped in knowing we had a deal for 21,000 out the door. He runs off and comes back and tells us they can't do that deal. So not only did they waste several hours of our time and patience they lied and pretended we had a deal knowing they couldn't take it. On a vehicle they will not sell at that price. All they are is greedy and want as much money as they can con out of you.

We bought a pre-owned Jeep working with Taylor. She was wonderful to work with, very upfront about everything. She was fun, even my grumpy husband laughed, and we usually hate trading cars. The Jeep was detailed to look brand new, and Taylor is a doll! Mr. Ford even came outside and introduced himself. We will be back there.
