When I arrived I asked when they closed and was told " in 10 minutes" I advised that I would come back in the morning but the guy in charge said its ok we can get you done in that time. I thanked him and let them change the oil.
All I needed was an oil change, nothing more.
10 mimutes later, oil was changed, and they turned the car over to me.
As soon as I got in, I knew something was not right.
My traction control was off, and the engine was not idling smoothly. I thought they may have inadvertently turned the traction control off so
I drove out onto the roadway and immediately realized I could not accelerate.
Pull into the first driveway and open the hood.
I found what the problem was. One of the employees unplugged the MAP sensor. (See photos)
There is NO reason to unplug that sensor for an oil change.
When a business allows an employee to cause issues with a customer vehicle, that's a business that needs to be avoided.

We moved to Sealy Texas (Austin County) and I went to get my vehicle inspected and the man just saw the renewal slip and said “No” I needed to do it in Harris county or wait 60 days, my Drivers license had my current address as well as my auto insurance and he was very rude about it, I left and took it to another place here in Sealy (Austin County) and I was in and out in 5 mts. About 6 months ago my husband went and he told him the same thing and today my son went and he told him the same thing. I hope that it’s a lack of knowledge and not discrimination because we are Hispanic. We have 5 vehicles and will never go back.

Thiefs don't bring your car to be serviced here I brought 4 rotors and 4 sets of brake pads they only installed 3 rotors and kept the one I pay for and charged me for the 4th rotor install

0 Stars if possible! Went for inspection and he failed me for tint that's been on my car for 10 years, 2 before I purchased it! 2 other inspectors in different counties agreed it should pass, but couldn't, because of him! I had to spend almost $200 to replace my tint with light cut out area, because this "high and mighty" inspection person, plus another day without pay to drive to Bellville to get registration. Now, the light bugs me driving, when I look in my rear view mirror. No thanks to anyone there! NEVER GO THERE!
