Just stopped by to look at their vehicles outside. Looked from the road and did a little ? haha.

The actual cars do not live up to the hype or the videos. A friend of mine has one of their cars and it leaks gas. Perhaps it has something to do with the epoxy they used instead of a proper bulkhead fitting.

Be careful when purchasing a vehicle through Hennessey, so you don’t have an experience like I’m dealing with! I purchased a Mammoth 1000 through Hennessey 5 months ago…which sold it to me as a “shop truck” with 1500 miles on it. I had the truck delivered to me out of state and it shows up with California plates which was never disclosed and I can’t get a response to how their “shop truck” in Texas could have California plates. Wait…gets better…I’m now 5 months into leaving messages and sending emails to get the TITLE to the truck with no response or feedback! 5 MONTHS! I can onlyhope this feedback can help someone else not experience a similar ongoing terrible experience.Service: Oil change

Thinking about a 1000 HPE upgrade for your Demon? Want to be the slowest car on 290, 8, 99 or 45? If so, the upgrade will be well worth your money! Guaranteed limp mode with NO WARRANTY SERVICE. Even better yet, if your willing to pay for service yourself, you get to wait AT LEAST 6 months according to the service manager! We are the second owner of a 1000 HPE upgraded 2018 Demon - Serial #3. The car has gone into "limp mode" twice. First time I called the service manager and found out the warranty is only good for the original owner. Don't like it, but got it. Car had 900 miles the first time it happened and was told the backlog was 6 months, everyone is working on building the upgrades. So I ask, I'm thinking about upgrading my truck, would I have to wait 6 months if it was under warranty to have an issue resolved? "Yep". Luckily the Dodge Viper performance group gets me back on the road in a few days. Found out the bypass valve (which had been JB welded together) on the Whipple super charger was broken (900 miles???). OK, who gives a rip, I can outrun a Honda Civic again. Fast forward to 2,000 miles... LIMP MODE AGAIN. So the not-so-funny bottom line. Dodge calls Whipple and says "what's the problem" Whipple knows the windshield washer arm breaks the bypass valve when Hennessey installs the supercharger where it's at. Hennessey knows it. They won't answer the phone or do anything about it. I'm sure they do good work for some models, but I guarantee your 1000 HPE upgrade on a Challenger will leave you high and dry if it ever rains and your driving the car. It's one thing to make a mistake, it's another thing not to own it. I would say you get what you pay for, but in this case - you don't.

I could not be more disappointed with Hennessey's work or service. My "upgraded" performance car has had nothing but problems in its few miles, and Hennessey provides zero warranty (and six month wait times should any service be needed). Just like Saman B., I have the 1000hp Demon upgrade, and just like his car, mine has repeatedly and inexplicably gone into limp mode, notwithstanding "repairs." I have owned three cars of the same model, two of which were not "upgraded" by Hennessey and those cars performed far better and had materially fewer issues over the course of years than my Hennessey "upgrade" has had in mere months. Strongly do not recommend.

Worst company in the world, worst experience I've ever had. They wasted my time and money. These scammers terminated the contract without warning, without a single call or message or even text notification. They wasted the driver's time and his money on fuel. After that, they began to hide from justice. They just didn't pick up the phone even after about 500 calls. They will ruin you and waste all your time, avoid these scammers at all costs. After everything, I managed to get through, they said that they did not care and hung up.
