I was told my vehicle would be ready in the front it was buried in the back. When I asked about my vehicle Keith was very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend people to do business here unless you wanna be talked down on no reason.

Very rude establishment. I told the lady in the front desk I was here to pick up my vehicle. She told Keith he’s here to pick up his Tacoma. He looks at me and his response was I’m working on it am I not moving fast enough for you, in a very rude manner and walked away. The lady in the front desk told me it’s been a stressful morning . I told her he does not need to take out his Frustration on me, I just got here. I would not recommend anyone to take their Vehicle here. Very unprofessional.

My guess is that the reviews for this body shop were written by the owner's and their family or friends. I couldn't get past the proposal process with Keith. They sent me an itemized quote that was pretty high (I have other quotes). When I called to question specific itemized expenses, he told me "that's the way that it is in our business." He then went on to ask me this: "what do you know about the paint and body industry?" to which I replied "nothing." Keith continued by telling me that the price was "non negotiable" and he has "cars lined up for work." So I asked Keith if he was willing to kill a sale over $126, and he said "absolutely." What a jerk!Friends, stay away from arrogant charlatans like Keith. Anderson Paint & Body could care less about customer service. I am all in favor of businesses making a reasonable profit. When businesses can't explain their prices, they lose credibility. I will not do business with people I don't trust (and neither should you). Avoid this business!

A great job in repairing our car. Took a little longer than originally planned but they did a thorough job. Our two year old car came out looking showroom fresh. They use a scented air freshener which was too strong. I would take my car there again if I ever to.
