The cashiers are nice and they have great customer service. But on Saturdays it seems like they don’t have the registers ready. It’s the second Saturday that I’m here at 11:43 (today) and they still don’t have a second register opened. Their is 4 tellers including a manager and one of the tellers with a big line. I think it’s more a management problem with time.

READ THIS if you're considering doing business with Woodforest National Bank, especially in Seagoville. TX! They are rude, don't take anything seriously with respect to urgent situations, and could care less about customer service or being courteous. I submitted a signed and notarized Power of Attorney on a Thursday evening for my aunt who was just put into hospice and given maybe a week to live. The hospice and nursing home agency urgently needed 3 current bank statements to approve her stay or she would be released without anywhere to go and with only days to live. Woodforest's policy is to have their legal department approve the POA which would take 24-48 hrs. The legal department had to be asked to review my POA as soon as possible and instead called the branch to see what I was wanting as POA. Does that matter!?! I'm my aunt's Power of Attorney. It's now been 48 hours, it's the weekend and the legal department is closed until Monday, and Monday is a holiday. Five (5) days without an answer to an urgent situation. My aunt may no longer be alive! In the meantime, the Seagoville employees have been very nonchalant and care nothing of the urgent situation, have not answered the phone countless times during business hours, are short with me, a girl named Patricia hung up on me, and a girl named Denise almost hung up on me until I asked her not to so I could have a chance to explain the situation. And the managers, well I've dealt with 3 different managers in 3 days and not one of them follow through with anything. I'm the one to have to call to get the status of my Power of Attorney and as of this writing, I'm still waiting on it to be approved. Be advised, stay away, far away! If you want to be treated like *hit, do business with them at your own risk.

Have banked with them for many years, always respectful and never had issues that couldn't be resolved that was handled professionally and fast so that I was always able to use my account.

I will only come to this bank because of Megan Williams! I always shop at this Walmart and I always see her helping customers with a smile! She’s always front and center talking to and greeting customers! There’s nothing that she can’t do that I’ve witnessed and she always greeting customers by their name which says a lot! Megan is a great asset to this bank!

This bank is SORRY AF! Always closed before the posted hours of operation! Not only does this bank not report to your credit, they are pretty bad at handling your money! Multiple times I have made deposits and they failed to even post it to my account! Not to mention, the people working this location, are always rude, smug, and very unfriendly all the way around! The people they have working here make you feel unwelcome, like you are bothering them, or inconveniencing them! Stick with the big names, and avoid this Bank like the plague!

Megan is so down to earth and I just love the staff (I'm forgetful with names) they know when I be calling they say I know that was you cause it said Dmx Tv. They have the best service that's why I don't mind driving over to this location. So positive and courteous thanks.
