I see not so good reviews.. we moved here in August.. it’s January and we don’t have no problems. I’m on 2 pills that they didn’t carry as much at first., I let them know and they order them more. The staff is always so happy to help! Thanks ?

Why does the pharmacy drive thru move at a glacial pace? Strike that, because I'm sure glaciers are moving at a faster clip.Seriously, I've been using this pharmacy for a few years now, but the abysmal service has me seriously looking to take my business elsewhere.Hire more staff, Walgreens.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Unfortunately Super 1 pharmacy closed and was bought out by this place and all records transferred to this location. My doctor called in a prescription yesterday and someone called me saying my stuff had been transferred and they received the prescription. I told them I don’t want to use their pharmacy because they don’t accept my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. I had another pharmacy call them today, and their incompetent staff member informed them that I had no refills. They clearly didn’t attempt or investigate. It must’ve been too much like right. I then called myself and the other employee said they found it and would have it sent after I expressed my frustration. Two hours later I called the new pharmacy and those incompetent individuals didn’t send it! It’s been nothing but a hassle trying to get my medicine. They did a disservice to Super 1 pharmacy members by buying them! Hence their low star reviews and Super 1 pharmacy’s close to perfect reviews!!! Do not go here!!!!!

I pull up to the pharmacy drive through, the short lady with glasses looks at me and keeps walking and never acknowledges me. At least with a head nod or something to let me know you’re going to attend to me. Terrible customer service

This Walgreens deserves far less than a one star rating. The employees make it difficult for you to use your rewards & coupons. They are annoyed by customers looking to save on their purchases yet a lot of the advertising that Walgreens does is based on their reward program. You'd think in the age of replacing workers with self checkout registers they'd step it up and provide exceptional customer service. I can't wait for self check out registers to deal with these employees as least as possible.

Went to Walgreens in seagoville and the manager had doors locked before closing time , I needed medicine for my kids . Katherine who told me me she was the store manager said she wanted to go home and told us to hurry up in a bad manner . I told her store wash supposed to stay open for 5 more minutes to what she replied with rolling her eyes at us . For a manager that’s really sorry and obviously don’t care about costumers or the store . I think she should not be the manager , due to picking manners and respect for costumers

Worst customer service and management is terrible! My pictures were lost, was told I have to package my FedEx returns when it clearly states in the email with the QR code that I do not, the pharmacy even shorted me ten pills in my prescription!

I don’t understand why the customer service at this location is so bad, but it truly is. Longest wait times, rude staff. Walgreens used to be my favorite pharmacy but this location has turned me off of Walgreens now. Management needs to step it up but by the looks of these reviews this is a culture problem at the store that’s not going to change.

I understand my prescription was on backorder, but I’ve been waiting over a week. So when it’s canceled, why not call me out of courtesy so I’m not still waiting that way I can still get it elsewhere..?

I been with this pharmacy for years and the services has always been a coin toss. I just can't anymore. I have had Insurance for ever BCBS, on a recent visit to pick up a script. Pharmacy staff (rude, rude, rude) stated they could not verify and stated I would have to cally insurance company to get info (when they should have). I went ahead and paid cash, after informed them that the insurance was indeed valid and used at Walgreens on Galloway. I asked them to verify with them (But didn't). I informed them that they used my insurance card in the pass. They preceded to tell me that they have been using a discount card for previous transactions??. I'm thinking that was my copay for my previous scripts. My insurance rep called to verify with pharmacy and something they did or didn't do was the problem. My medicine would have been 0 copay. So I called and spoke with pharmacy manager about situation (did not seem to be concerned about my issues). I will be contacting corporate office. Please get it together because some people are sick or not feeling well to go through shenanigans, like I was that day. Oh but I got time today. All meds will be transferred to different pharmacy. The hours are horrible now anyway.

This is the worst pharmacy ever! Terrible on service and filling prescriptions on time. I’ve been reading comments so I wouldn’t think it’s just me, but so many people have complaints and nothing ever gets done unfortunately. I see Walgreens comment on letting corporate know but nothing seem to be getting done. The best thing to do is go somewhere else. Walgreens you need to investigate this place. It’s not being ran professionally!

Prescriptions are always late, they never answer the phone later in the evening. I just tried calling 5 different times and they pick up just to hang up again. This is not the first time either ?

They need to just shut this pharmacy down. This pharmacy gives people stress! On many occasions I’ve been told a prescription will be ready same day, just to get there same day and nothing is being filled. I’ve been told they’re out of a medication and to check another day. The pharmacy never tells you that their out of the prescription when picking up multiple prescriptions. You have to find out when you’re all the way home and open your bag. It can be important medication you’re out of. I’ve asked if my script can be sent to another location to fill, since their out, and was told they couldn’t do that. You can need life saving medications, and this place will not care if you’re out. It doesn’t matter to them. It’s just stressful that I have to tell all the doctors to send my future scripts to a new pharmacy. This place is really incompetent that it doesn’t make any sense. The Walgreens app is totally useless too. I do not recommend this pharmacy!

DRIVE-THRU PHARMACY Male Tech @ Window was in NO HURRY (3+ mins wait) as I was the ONLY Customer WAITING to receive my PRESCRIPTION READY PICK-UP! After completing my PAYMENT TRANSACTION he did NOT IMMEDIATELY give me my ORDER! BUT, he turns and VOLUNTARILY gets INVOLVED with another Female Tech & Customer Conversation INSIDE! I HAND MOTIONED for this Female Tech to ALERT this young man, 'WHY HAVEN'T YOU GIVEN ME MY ORDER!'?Of course he apologized, BUT this was NOT PROFESSIONAL representing WALGREENS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!I've used WALGREENS PHARMACY SERVICES (@ DALLAS Locations) several years AND have NEVER experienced this type of Customer Service INSIDE or DRIVE THRU! I NEVER knew if there was a STAFF SHORTAGE either!?I believe the STORE/CORP MANAGER @ this SEAGOVILLE location NEEDS to heavily EMPHASIZE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE @ ALL TIMES in this PHARMACY DEPT, as ONLINE REVIEWS reveal our FRUSTRATIONS!
