Joshua is definitely the guy to call when it comes to the removal of your junk. Not only is he professional, he’s timely, he’s considerate, he’s friendly and he’s passionate about what he does. I reached out to Muscle Up Junk Removal this past Monday. I wanted to see if they could remove old carpet padding and carpet from a bedroom and (2) closets. Josh and Sterling were there the next day and did an excellent job. They were prompt, efficient, professional and very service oriented. They took away all of the padding and carpet. Great company… I decluttered my home and needed to find someone who could remove years worth of items & junk from my home. I reached out as a friend gave rave reviews. I received a quick response by the next morning with my estimate and a time to come. Arrival time was on point and there was no procrastinating like some companies do taking their time. The owner was very professional and friendly. My big pile of trash bags, boxes, beds, toys, etc was out of my house and loaded within 30-45 minutes at the most. 60 days before my moving date I was referred by a family member about Muscle Up. I contacted them via website and the response was immediately which I appreciate! We exchanged emails which the owner, Josh was very through about. He also was very courteous about reassuring our moving date & the type of move it would be via phone call/text.Finally the day of the move it was predicted to snow & rain heavy yet Josh and another gentleman arrived exactly at the same scheduled!
