My family and I (3 kids myself and my husband) were stuck on the side of the highway with a blow out and no spare tire and they came to help.. I called one number close to where we are and they said nobody in this town makes service calls he only gave me the name lackey's and no number said they would help me I found them on google and the sweet lady on the other end of the phone was willing to take the tire off her car because they didn't have one in shop that fit mine .. the were definitely God sent.

The best place in Kaufman Lackey’s Tires I found my home for my Dodge Charger 2 yrs. Of great service, these guys are very friendly excellent customer service and gets the job done with no hesitation really good people.
I will not take my vehicle anywhere else but here.

Every time I come here for a patch cause these roads are terrible always putting holes or nails in my tires they take great pride and joy in their work to get me back on the road!

I've used these guys twice once to have my car towed, when I called I was quoted $75. ( Which I was ok with) About 30 minutes later they called back and said they had misquoted me it was only going to be $60! Second time I went and got 2 used tires and unfortunately they both blew out on me the same day I called and left a message stating what had happened ( they were closed for the day already when it happened) & I'm aware there is no warranty on used tires. These guys called me back at 8am the following morning and gave me a full refund and apologized! Great people and I will continue to use them in the future!

They ruined my tire by repairing it incorrectly. Had to buy a new tire over something so trivial. Waste of time and money.

My car was overheating so I pulled in to see if I could get a lil help and a young gentleman assisted me I never got his name but he said he had just started working there , he helped me put water in my car and was very polite and helped me not to freak out about my car , That's why I'm giving 5 stars good job young man

Got stranded with a flat tire with no one to help. Called them 30 min before they closed to see if they offer flat tire roadside but they weren’t able to help. I didn’t leave my name or number but about 10 min later he found my number and called me back and said he would send one of his guys to help. I was SO grateful. Thanks again!!

Great experience and great work just need 2 tries replaced and I had brought my own tires and they only charged $10 per tire called a round and couldnt find better price def go place for any tire work???
