Been here multiple times and always left desiring more from a hair cut. But having Nancy as the stylist really set the new mood I have for this location. She’s great to talk too during the cut and I put half of the haircut into her own opinion and style and I couldn’t be happier. It’s like she knew how to make me look the best me. I honestly hope she gets more great reviews!

They messed my hair up sooo bad this wasn't the first time but she did so bad I'll could never go back I'm not usually a 1 star reviewer but this can't happen to others..so be aware and only ask for just regular cuts like trim no layers omg it was so bad luckily susy a stayed late to fix it #hairhero

I didn’t catch her name sadly, but she was such a sweet lady, teaching me how to style my hair correctly and giving me tips, not to mention she did fantastic on my hair! But I wish her well <3

Asked for split ends trimmed off and length of hair evened up all the way around. The back of my hair is still 2 to 3 inches longer than the sides. Waste of money.

The people are nice, but the check-in system is worse than pointless. I have checked in online and had people with four children have all of their kids jump me in line. Today after checking in online I left my house which is a few blocks away when the app said 10 minutes until they'd be ready. When I walk in it changed to 30 minutes. I said I'd be back. I come back when the app still tells me 20 minutes until they'd be ready for me and I've been jumped in line again. They once again told me it would be half an hour. I would understand if there was no appointment system, but to have one and have it be a coin toss whether or not it means something is frustrating and a complete waste of time.

Stylist: stylist named Sara has cut my hair the last two visits and is very friendly and did a great job. Both visits had just a short wait, took advantage of the online check in the second visit and loved it, will be back for the next cut
