Wow!Was at the Dallas Farmers Market got some of the Plain Jane to try before committing to other flavors and was very surprised how good it was ... i say "was" because i ate the entire bag as soon as i opened it!The stuff has good smoke and long flavor ... and is tender!

Brockhouse Jerky is a small craft jerky company located in Seagoville, Texas, specializing in pit-smoked beef jerky. Our jerky is distinctly different from because of our unique smoking process. We DO NOT use dehydrators, artificial heat, nor liquid smoke. We start with a fire and end with a fire. The result? -- Authentic BBQ pit-smoke flavor! We smoke our meat using real hickory wood obtained from family land in eastern Oklahoma, and all of our meat is smoked in a custom Texas-sized BBQ pit. Our products are also gluten free, and every package is vacuum sealed for freshness (no added preservatives nor nitrites). REAL PEOPLE. REAL SMOKE. REAL JERKY. REAL GOOD.
