I went in the store to specifically upgrade my iPhone and was informed about a promo for the new Samsung S24 for a trade in. I go up to the store not once, not twice but three different times to get my pictures off of my old phone and was informed the guy who helped me not only quit the day before (the sales associate said he just walked out of the store and quit), but he also failed to inform me my plan wasn't eligible for promotions. So now I have to return the phone and pay a restocking fee when I could've just upgraded to the phone I wanted in the first place! Not to mention the store smells really bad and it looks like they're about to shut this location down, which might be best since they can't seem to properly assist customers or keep any sales people.

I got a new line service on December , I asked them twice if it was unlimited international free calls and text ( and I specify to Nicaragua) and they said yes twice. I receive my bill from $1139.00 dlsInsane, now I have to keep a line that I cant afford it because if I cancel I have to pay penalties. Really frustrating!

It was a very pleasant visit. Diana helped us in more then enough ways. She was very fluent about anything we asked her and she made sure to make us feel very comfortable. So if anybody go to the location in Seagoville, TX please ask for Diana she is the best. And oh yeah I told you i was going to let you know it was me with the blue glasses who left this rating for you.

Love this place, love the customer service, they are very helpful. They explain everything to you as they should. I promise you will walk out if there happy and satisfied with your purchase. Diana is one of the best managers here. Woot woot!

I went in to upgrade my phone. The service was great. The store was clean. The manager, Chris, was a great help and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family.

Went in and dude was able to take care if me really easy.Google doesn't allow a space to reply to the owner's response and so I am entering it here. This dude was so proficient and accurate that I didn't even have a lot of words to describe exactly how much of an asset he is! I have had some horrible experiences at other stores, and he made me feel valuable!

Activation fees, upgrade fees and more !!! When you use the trade in value of 800 they give you a 26$ dicount a month!! What a joke!!

Don't go to the AT&T in Seagoville Texas They added 2 lines to my bill on my phone bill after 3 months The supervisor of that AT&T did thatThe supervisor did thislater I found out about it
