Ordered a banner. Sent my logo in png format but was told it wouldn't work. Jennifer said she would buy the logo online for $35& email it to me. Banner looks great but she never emailed the logo to me.Went back one month later to order a door sign for my business. Jennifer said she would put it together & send me the proof within hours. Nothing. Went back 12 days later & She said she forgot and again would take care of it &send me the proof. It's been 3 days and still nothing. I was lied to, forgotten about,& stolen from. But this entire deal was so horrendous all I could do was laugh. Worst business & most incompetent employee I've ever dealt with in my lifetime. I understand busy. All she had to do was let me know something instead of blowing me off. Attempted to get the logo I paid for again but no luck. The store is dark, hot, musty, cluttered, dusty, old and depressing. I've never left a bad review but this place was so bad I felt like I needed to.

Whoever decided you needed to be closed on Saturday Sunday is ridiculous. Most people work Monday through Friday. Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

Don't waste your money here!!! Do NOT ship your stuff with them! My claim was denied by USP for the extra insurance I paid because they did not box it correctly. Upon my 5th visit to the store about the claim and 5 months later they tell me UPS denied the claim. I have been nothing but nice to them and Simone said she did not appreciate my attitude when I simply asked for information they had in my claim. She said she would not provide the information ti me that is in their claim to UPS. You know what Simone, I really do not appreciate you breaking my $600 Magnification lamp because UPS is saying that you did not ship it correctly and on top of that not getting the $300 insurance that I paid extra for! Then Mr. Murrell, the owner began to make excuse after excuse for his employee's conduct towards customers, which happened right in front of him, lied to me saying they do not take pictures of claims, I even showed him the picture I took of Jennifer taking pictures of the damaged box and lense! He had nothing to say except that he would not get the information they have in their claim to dispute the claim denial.

I have been a graphic designer for 20+ years and have worked with printers of all levels.Your Printing Now is one of the best locally owned print shop that I have worked with.I've used them for Business cards, t-shirts, banner, and they rocked them all.I'm not sure what they can't do so just give them a call.Good people from the top down.Great to work with on projects of all sizes.
