I was having a complete struggle with trying to activate my phone and transfer my number over from my previous provider to the point where I was almost in tears multiple times. When I went to the store, Irving was able to help me out and get the account and number set up almost immediately and completely fixed all the issues I was having. I definitely recommend Irving for anyone that needs help with troubleshooting and setting up any new devices.
