Chris really helpful. They ordered my tires and went and picked them up on a non delivery day. The team was fast and precise with swapping out the old tires with the new ones. I was in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend for all your tire needs.

I have to say, the customer service sets a high bar here at tires by design. Wish I could see same everywhere. Their tires are good too. Maybe on the high side $, but service mitigates that. Anyway, nice place good service and would recommend 5 stars

Been coming here often for buying new tires, installing new tires, changing wheels, and senor re-programming every occurrence has been a very pleasant and quality experience. Really recommend services here and thank you Bradyn for his wonderful service!

So I have used tires by design for a few years now, and they have always done solid work.
Their work is fast literally I have never had to wait more than the time it take to put my tires on. They are fantastically priced, the managers are helpful and very knowledgeable. Brayden is fantastic, and went out of his way to help me save money on replacement tires. After ordering and even putting down a partial payment Brayden called me after I left and informed me that he kept looking and found a better deal saving me almost $70 on just one tire! Fantastic team keep up the solid work!!

1,000% go somewhere else. The techs are unqualified and dishonest. Management does not have close oversight of them.

In response to the business’ reply: the issues encountered went well beyond the damaged part and the dishonesty of the techs, who clearly did not know the proper TPMS reset protocol, as they attempted multiple times and rapidly compressed the brakes, repeatedly, and then apparently told management otherwise. Additionally, the techs had the wrong PSI (twice), which I had to point out, the tire valve caps were not replaced and they conducted themselves with general carelessness. I consulted with other mechanics and ford specialists on the damage caused and the probability of it occurring due to this error. Lastly, management did nothing to salvage this customer relationship, other than falsely claim they would “make it right.” and subsequently lost business for 4 vehicles. I rarely leave reviews, and have never left a negative one, yet feel compelled to do so here, for other potential customers to know how issues are handled at this location.
