“These guys were very professional. I had a slow leak and they told me my tire was an excellent shape but it was not something I could plug and to go to the original provider and get the warranty for the tire and they didn't charge me anything. They will get my business in the future definitely”

“Cannot recommend this place enough - very honest business. I dropped my car off to have the A/C looked at. They called me and told me that they hadn’t found a leak in my A/C, but refilled the refrigerant and added dye so that if I continued to have issues they could better identify a leak. When I picked up my car, I found a huge dent in the side and no note. Benson’s was able to pull their security footage to identify the other customer who had hit me and contacted them to facilitate the exchange of insurance info. I’ve told all my friends and family to come here due to their above and beyond customer service.”

“These guys are good and fair. I had a mysterious stink in my car and tried everything to get it out: sprays, vacuuming, scrubbing it with cleaner, car smell bombs, etc but nothing worked. These guys figured out the problem, fixed it, and the smell hasn't come back (it's been about 3 months).
If you want to know, the car smell issue was something I never would have thought of and will try to explain as best I can. Leaves, dirt, and gunk had gotten into my rainwater drainage intake on the outside of the car between the hood and the windshield, clogging it. This caused the rainwater to overflow, going into the air intake. There was a little pan in the bottom of the car to catch the condensation from the AC, but that was never meant to hold a bunch of rainwater so it quickly overflowed. There was so much mold under the floor of the car that they had to rip it all out, clean it and let the rest air dry for over a week before they were sure it was all gone.”
“We took our car to another location. I don't want to say anything bad about the other place but it rhymes with Stirefone. We had a ton of issues at the other place.
After two days at Liggios, the car ran great. Our mistake was not taking it here in the first place. They were thorough and excellent and took great care of us.”
“I had a tire blowout on Saturday so I decided to stop by on Sunday morning to see if I could get the tire that blew out replaced. Coming here was the quickest tire Replacement I’ve ever had. I was in and out within 20 minutes and my tire looks so great! Definitely will be coming back”
“Incredible service and excellent price. I gave the shop a call when I had noticed by tire pressure gauge turn on, and they told me to come in whenever, no appointment necessary. I’m not exaggerating when I say they had already begun working on my tire before I even stepped fully out of the car. I was in and out in 15 minutes and they fully repaired my tired that ended up having a screw in it. The gentlemen working were extremely friendly and offered me a place to sit and soda while I waited. They also checked the pressure on my other tires and added air. I’d recommend Barrera’s to anyone who asked. Important note though is that they’re cash only, which they will remind you if you call.”

“I requested an appointment online for a tire replacement. I was contacted with @ 15 minutes. Decided on my tire, technician ordered it and I came in for my 8 am appointment. Was greeted immediately by friendly technician and my car was promptly serviced. Comfortable and clean waiting area with coffee, water and bathroom. Kids’ area as well. After a short 15 minutes my car was ready. Checked out and given invoice. Alfonzo was very helpful and made the already easy process even more pleasant with his upbeat energy.
Much much easier than fighting the crowds at Discount Tire plus I don’t have to drive down congested Bay Area Blvd. Will be back”

“On Thursday, 6/13/2024, I was in the Houston area for work. Earlier that evening, I discovered a screw in one of my tires that I was going to get fixed the next morning. At 7:00 pm, my wife called me with a family emergency. Luckily, NTB in League City, TX, stayed open until 8:30 that night. When I got there, I was informed they wouldn't be able to patch the tire due to the lack of tred remaining, and the other front tire was in bad condition due to dry rot. I explained to Antis the association in the front that I had a family emergency, and he quickly called the fleet vehicle number to request authorization to change the tires. The vehicle is a government vehicle, and anything over $100.00 requires pre-approval. He was on hold for a long time, but eventually got the approval and changed out my tires. The guys could have very easily told me to come back tomorrow, but everyone busted their butts to get the vehicle repaired and me back home. I'm extremely grateful to Antis and the rest of the staff. Excellent customer service and work! Thanks guys.”
