First time going here and I had a great experience! Price for a women's short/medium haircut is comparable to other places I've gone except I felt like I was given a lot of time, attention, and care to make sure my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. My stylist Kelsey was friendly and skilled, and I'm quite pleased with my hair!

One of the best colorists I have ever had work on my difficult hair and I am 61 so that's a lot of colorists in my past ?. Not to mention, Andi's great personality.

I love the new upgrade that is being done to the salon. I especially love my stylist Aurora Garcia. She listens to you when you tell her what you want and she does it. I never leave unsatisfied.

Lexi took us (my daughter and I) both in the same sitting. She worked me in knowing I needed a refresh and even stayed a little late for me! My daughter did a big chop and was REALLY feeling herself afterwards. Soooo cute! I added some layers and took some weight out and it made an even bigger difference than I could have imagined. She was so personable and attentive to detail! Highly recommend visiting her!

Requested style: I showed the style I got to a previous hairstylist from a different salon and well I wasn’t upset about it I felt like the stylist at Riot Salon did a much better job at it!
Hair type: My hair is fairly thick and also curly and my stylist was very understand of that and how short/long to actually cut my hair because it would curl up when it dried and I didn’t want it to look too short.

Just left the salon. They were very friendly over the phone and my stylist was so sincere and very knowledgeable. I’m 43 years old and just learned how to style my crazy frizzy curly wavy hair. She took her time and focused on me as well as my wants and needs. She was very realistic . We all see these cute haircuts online but truthfully they don’t look cute on everyone . I have a large face and large head and she kept it so real. Definitely will follow her wherever she goes. The salon staff were my only disappointment. The 2 ladies at the front were not girls girls and it shows. I was not seeking compliments but the side whispers and the faces as I was getting ready to pay said it all. People like that don’t need to be in the front. In this profession that they chose is all about lifting people up, not staring them up and down followed by a smirk. Definitely going back, and definitely giving back what they give next time.

when I walked in I was greeted. The vibe was just very friendly loved it and I was offered a drink like I don’t know but personally, I think that shows great customer service. Also, it was super easy to set an appointment. I just called and they told me Who was available at such time that you’re looking for and also the price which I appreciated so much because of course not a lot of people will tell you their prices, but they did another star from me. Jordan cut my hair and she was excellent. She was super nice and I was very comfortable and she definitely made sure of that overall I think I will be back to the salon 12 stars from me. I loved it overall and I will definitely be seeing you guys soon!

My first time having hair cut at Riot Salon with Aurora. I was very happy with my haircut. I was looking for a hair stylist for a long time but no success until I came to Aurora. Usually stylists are in rush and low quality (even a high priced) or doing what they want. Finally I came into a good hands and Aurora did everything perfect! I do recommend Aurora as your next stylist and you won’t regret.

This salon was recommended to me by a coworker. They were able to get me in on short notice. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. They took the time to really listen to my concerns about my hair and what I was wanting. I have thinning hair and they were so kind. And they gave me a great cut and style that helped me feel beautiful. I will definitely be back!
