Been coming to this strip center since I was a kid. I remember when palis royal was also here. Still have “Beals” formerly burkes. They had a nice selection of inventory… especially Christmas stuff, gifts, and children’s toy gifts.

Finally Seabrook had a Dollar Tree. It's never crowded, well stocked with plenty of parking.

Burke's is the best. I save a fortune on lotions, colognes, gifts and decorations. Their selection of purses is fabulous and the name brands are surprising!

My three favorite places at this shopping center are Pizza Hut, Dollar Tree and Sherwin Williams. Easy center to get to and easy parking.

Miramar shopping center has been there st least 80 yrs as I'm 71 and have been in Seabrook 71 yrs. So, I WOULD LOVE LOVE LOVE TO SEE ANOTHER ""HEB"" MOVE IN!!!?
