“This is a Kroger. I've been visiting the Houston area for over a decade, and I've seen a few of these. As grocery stores in Texas go, it's solid: Clean and bright and the staff seemed pretty on top of things. They had just about everything we were looking for (including the chili crisp that our Texas fam had never tried) and a decent selection of ribs. Their Easter section was a little picked over, but overall not bad. The produce was solid enough, the checkout lady was super nice, and I love that they have Boars Head meat at the deli counter. Be aware though, if you don't specifically ask them to slice your turkey or ham or whatever thin, you're going to get the thickest cold cuts you've ever had. Or, the thickest cold cuts I've ever had. Maybe that's how you all do it down here, but you're doing it wrong, just like how you pronounce the name of your city. It's HOW-STON.”

“I wanted to send my mother in law get well flowers - so I stumbled upon this shop. I ordered on the website and created my own bouquet. I wanted lots of pink flowers, roses, and Lillie’s. I wasn’t sure how it was going to come out, but she texted me a photo of it and we were both BLOWN AWAY!! Absolutely gorgeous arrangement. The prices aren’t bad for what you get! Definitely worth the money and brightened up her spirits :)”
“I looked through several florist for an order I wanted to send for my son’s birthday. After researching several florists and reading reviews, I decided to go with a local nearby florist. The flowers were delivered on time! But, when my son sent me a photo and video of the flowers I was woefully disappointed. While the arrangement was not horrendous, it was not beautifully arranged as pictured online. I contacted the store after hours & the store manager called me the next day. He was extremely gracious and went above what was needed to rectify things. He even offered to pick up the old flowers and deliver new ones. To make that offer is outstanding customer service!
We aligned on him making a smaller arrangement and my son picked it up. The store manager contacted me the day my son was to pick up the arrangement and let me know the flowers were ready and even sent me a photo. He also called my son to let him know the arrangement would be there waiting on him whenever he got there that day.
This store CARES about their customers and they CARE about doing the right thing!! I would absolutely use them over and over!

“I was recommended Rachel by my wedding coordinator since I only needed a couple bouquets and pocket squares for our intimate wedding, and Rachel was beyond wonderful to work with. I emailed her a few bouquets with the style and colors I had in mind and she took it from there. I had a family member pick up the flowers and when I saw them the day of they were exactly what I had in mind! I intend to use Rachel for any future flower needs as I was just blown away by how beautiful everything was.”
