Their fish tank looks like hasn’t been cleaned in a year and there’s many fish in there. Would never shop at a pet place that doesn’t care about their own pets

The clerk was very friendly and sweet to us. She helped up choose a toy for our pitty as well as doggie ice cream. We'll be back for more.

I don’t know if the lady working the counter was high or just off her rocker, but she repeatedly called me both an “a-hole” and a “baby angel” for reasons unknown to me. I have never been to this place before and I stopped by in a pinch because I needed an E-Collar for my dog. The older lady working the counter was dressed in rags and so unbelievably rude. I don’t know if she thought she was being funny, but I’ve never met her or been there so it wasn’t like we had a rapport. It was so unprofessional, even for a ma and pop pet supplies store. I was only in there for 3-5 minutes but I will never go back. I can’t believe they let someone work there in that state. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.Update: I’ve emailed and messaged the place to see if they’re interested in doing something about this whole thing and they have not responded. Nice!

Absolutely fantastic My boy Deebo came back looking like a super star..Chris is obviously skilled at her trade, I highly recommend this groomer I love everything Floppy Pet related. The family business feel with the commercial selection of everything your pet needs at a convenient location in Seabrook. Give them a try. You'll see my point ! Thanks again!

I don’t have time to express the treasure this place is but it’s my favourite place on this shore.It’s my home.✨Because it takes care of my dogs.My poor Jasper picked up ring worm on Triplett St in beacliff and they’ve been saviours in helping me care for them. Also, my little fella Ricky loves swanging buy for the good snacks. ????Can’t wait to check out their groomer’s service!!!??
