Can't get a hold of the pharmacy ever and it's truly disheartening because this cvs is my go to for 5 years and it's just been going from decent to terrible. They need to overhaul this whole cvs.

In all my years I've never seen a more rude and lacking pharmacy than cvs on Repsondorf road. They were rude to my wife when she went to pick up my prescription and stated they put it back on the shelf cause we were a little slow picking it up and stated I needed another appt. Let's see how
fast he moves with congestive heart failure. I'll never do business there again. I can see why they have such a low ranking

Jason is wonderful, we was in search of an electric hand warmer.At first the web sight said they were in stock. Even though they looked for them they was no were to be found, so we was told they would order us one. Not only did they order it, when I called they remembered us asking about it and had one waiting for us behind the counter. I am truly impressed and thank the CVS store team and especially Jason.

The lady at the pharmacy today was so very rude. I have never had a good experience with any of the workers in pharmacy. All that hate needs to be replaced with care!

Usually when I come everyone is so helpful, nice, welcoming … especially in the pharmacy but not tonight…. I was helped by Emily and she was dry, rude, didn’t respond when greeted … I was purchasing a few things with my Prescrition and she rang it up , I asked what was the copay for my medicine she didn’t even respond to the question…. Very poor service tonight

This is the second time I’ve dealt with extremely rude staff. The first time was in person. Very hateful tone in her voice. 2nd time was on the phone tonight, Tuesday Aug. 29th at about 8:18 pm. I believe it was the same lady. She sounded very annoyed and was no help at all. It costs NO MONEY to just be NICE!

HORRIBLE! I am calling form a doctors office to call in a couple prescriptions and they answer stating they are at lunch and have no voicemail call back in 2 hrs. Terrible service! not my first time with this type of experience
