We had to use temporary storage (2 months), and I highly recommend Extra Space Storage on Bay Area Blvd. The manager, Kelly, was very nice and greeted us moving in and out with cold bottled water. The unit was clean and the inside temperature was good, and there is plenty of room to load/unload, even though RVs and boats line the perimeter. Kelly credited our account for the lock we didn't need because we already had one. I liked that there is only one exit gate near the office. The only odd thing is that the exit keypad is on Bldg. 5 as you exit, so you have to pay attention!Overall, I would highly recommend this property for storage.

This was my first time renting storage.. Kelly made it easy and fast to get started. I just needed something small for the time being. When I got to the unit it was nice and clean and ready to put my stuff in. It was easy to access and drive around to get to your unit. Kelly also greeted me and my husband with water bottles and just make sure it was a good fit for us. If I need a bigger space I will definitely be renting it from here

I rented a space in late October, 2022, to store my boat trailer. Introductory rate was $50 / month. Things were good for 2 months. Then, in January, 2023, I received notice of the Tate doubling to $100/month. Although this is legal, per the contract, I think it is crappy business. If you plan on doubling the rate after 2 months, just come clean and tell us that the rate will likely double in 2 months. So, I moved my trailer to a place for $75 / month and the rate will be good for at least a year. I will not do business with Extra Spaces ever again.

Kelly at the front desk was very helpful and I now have two units there. The place is clean, gated and affordable in a good area so it's hands down the best in this area.

Ongoing issue of theft from this facility makes you go Hmmmmm....I read where another cargo trailer has been stolen from this facility, seems something is reported stolen from this place ever 3-4 weeks. The owner denies that he knows of anything being reported missing in the last 5 years. He must have short term memory issues. The fact he does absolutely nothing to mitigate the problem or even warn the people who rent space there makes me wonder. ZERO stars should be an option for this place.

Use this storage only if you do NOT value your belongings. Trailers, boats and anything not welded to the ground get stolen on a regular basis. The owner denies there is any theft, till you start listing the items you have had people tell you have been stolen from there. Then he tells you the person that had her toy hauler stolen is crazy and was upside down on the payments and left it unsecured. I found out she lives in my subdivision and seems pretty with it to me The sign says Camera Surveillance. Ask to see the footage, the owner will laugh and say they have not worked for years. When you tell people the story of your stuff being stolen they ask if you are sure it was not an inside job. With the frequent reports I hear of items being stolen from here, and the owner not suggesting that people make sure there items are secure, I really wonder. Too bad I can not rate it minus stars.........

The customer service is awesome, starting from the phone contact through the lease signing ( all done no-contact). Even on move in day, the manager came over to show me how to exit. The unit was clean.

Because of this location, and how incredibly helpful the staff is, I will choose Extra Space Storage every single time. I rent spaces all across the U.S. for various business projects and have to sign all of my leases remotely. More times than not Kelly handles my leases, though Ben has helped as well. Kelly is always so helpful. She remember both personal and business details that make eaxh experience pleasant. When I am in a rush, she is accomodating. When I have more time, we get to chat and it's like catching up with an old friend. Ben is always very helpful as well. Excellent service. Excellent attention to detail.
