I had a letter returned to me that was correctly addressed because the lady I spoke with on the phone said that the carrier had retired and didn’t leave the new address in his edit log- HELLOSCHULENBERG, TEXAS - post office??

This was probably the most pleasant experience I've had at a USPS location. There was only one person in line ahead of me, and the lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

What happened to the friendly service and staff? The mail person won't even get out and knock on my door. They left a note in the mailbox that they knocked to deliver a package and missed me; that i need to go pick it up. I was home all day no one ever knocked!! Come to find out I'm not the only one.

Postmaster is super friendly and even delivered a package to my house once to help out her staff. Inside staff is always friendly and helpful.

This location was a bit of a drive for me but it was totally worth it. I was in and out for my passport appointment and the staff of very helpful and friendly.

Our post office here in Sealy is filled with many amazing people that I feel do not get enough credit for what they do. Kathy Ondruch who works at the actual post office is always so helpful and friendly. Tanya, Brooke, and Laurence are just phenomenal mail carriers. I truly appreciate them and love them so much. They go above and beyond every day for their customers. Thank you for all you do:)

Reports that this post office is closed are grossly exaggerated. Mailed some packages here at about 3 pm and they arrived in Houston the same night. Friendly efficient window clerk staff that tried to work to help me, instead of against me (like a lot of Houston clerks)... Easy parking with a private lot.

I called to inquire about access to mail in a rural area and the person I spoke with was rude and condescending.
