Do not eat anything from this place! Awful food and horrible service from the deli/food counter. Whoever the employee was at 7:15pm 12/24 was absolutely rude and needs a customer service lesson. My husband asked for a chopped beef sandwich that was colder than the North Pole. When he told the employee she was ignorant enough to take it and place the foil wrapped item in the microwave. That should have been the first clue to just run, but being hungry and no where else to really eat that was open, he took it. It was mushy and just awful. My counter order was wrong when I asked for it to be corrected not even any verbal acknowledgment that oh let me fix it for you or anything, no telling what they could have done to it when they took it back to change it. Just run next time, just run. And if they are trying to mimic Bucees, you're better off continuing to drive to the real thing.

Usually a good quality ibis was and one of my favorite places to stop along the way to Houston but this time it was not good. The gas station still offered the wide variety of items they always offer but the food service was horrible. Usually by the time we finish shopping and using the restroom the food is finished but this time we had to wait longer. And then when our order was finished they had only made one of what we ordered! After we told her and she said she would start working on the other one. After paying for our other goods we came back and she acted like we had never told her about the second one. After 30 minutes of waiting we finally received both meals. A truly exhausting experience.

Holy shmolly I am in love! 5 gold stars! The food prices are 100% in line with other chains! I stumbled in here and am ready to go visit all the locations. I will definitely be back. Have diesel for big trucks, the restrooms are clean. I am so dang happy right now.

I stopped here by accident! I was trying to go to pilot, across the street. While getting off the highway, I saw this gem. Found big truck parking lot. Parked my truck easily, very open spaces. The restrooms were clean. Amazing first time visit. Now I’ll look for other “Texan” truck stops.

Clean bathrooms, clean place, many hot food and drink items to select from, friendly staff. Great place to stop to cover your needs. I’ll be back.

Just stopped in for the 1st time. We loved it and plan to be back!! Clean restrooms and the apple pie was amazing!! Next time, we plan on grabbing a bite to eat!. Cool fun stuff to shop for!!

Restaurant is verryyyy expensive and the food is mediocre at best, breakfast tacos start at 3.99. Iam not talking about homemade or even big tacos either

Go down the road for faster service, ignored and waited over 20 minutes for a sandwich. Food was good but not worth the trouble and wait.

Listen, if you haven't stopped here, or at any other The Texan, you're missing out. Clean bathrooms, great TX souvenir section, One Stop Shop Road Trip Destination.If you're from Texas or traveling to Texas, this is definitely a place to stop by on your road trip.

You guys advertise great looking burgers on your billboards all over I-10, but when you get to the location, everything is wrapped in foil, and no one was at the counter to place an order, so I just figured I could only buy a foil wrapped and not special order a billboard burger. So I went across the street to Whataburger, also a bad choice. And I can't believe you don't sell Oma's beef jerky, they are a part of your freaking community, I guess I'll have to go to The Pilot for Oma's???

JUST VISITED AND MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED. Only spent 9.00 and my card was charged $500. The cashier had to know because she left us with the "Have a BLESSED DAY!"
