Like Troy, I received very knowledgeable and friendly service. I've gone in many times with issues that I was prepared to spend a lot of money to repair. But Harvey identified that the part I was going to replace was not faulty and he then went on to diagnose the problem correctly. This saved me money and fixed my issue. When I need advice and/or parts, this is the first place I come.

worst customer service experience ever...store owner was abusive, unproffesional and rude. would recommend never setting foot in this establishment unless you feel like being badgered for no good reason
