Showed up today for a simple inspection, something should of taken 10 minutes. Sat there in line for an hour. The employee took 30 minutes just to get to me after going to different vehicles.When it was my turn, he told me to move to let the vehicle next to me in, who showed up after me, I might add!I understand vehicle inspections aren't expensive and me leaving isn't going to hurt anything.However, I will make sure to blast my experience on every network I can think of! Maybe others will relate and detour from coming and getting that same experience! Maybe that will leave a sting?

A very well trained courteous and knowledgeable team. They have all the needed equipment and explain what they can and cannot do. When necessary they refer you to a higher echelon of care for vehicle beyond what their shop is set up to provide. Great team. Manager a visible presence assisting and teaching his crew!

I’m here getting my fleet vehicle truck serviced right now Mr. Anthony , Jaime, and Ben and the boys didn’t waist time to greet me and have me pull in . They are fast and efficient unlike the jiffy lube on Potranco outside loop 1604 where I was accused of leaving a tire there even though I haven’t been there before . None the less these gents are Superb and I highly recommend.

No longer the place to get state inspection. They have a new guy there. Tough guy, tattoos, but also openly gay, so go figure. Didn't fail me for my dark tint, cracked windshield, or dim headlights . This joker said my power steering cylinders was leaking. I replaced it two years ago and haven't added a drop, because it isn't leaking,but now I'm supposed to show take 5 a receipt showing I fixed or replaced a leak, in 15 days, or better yet, just go somewhere else, for now on.

They are so amazing. I needed a turn signal bulb, which they didn't have in-hand. They gave me a discount on my oil change, told me where to get the bulb nearby, and it really took about 5 minutes and I was back to finish my inspection. Will definitely be back with our family's vehicles.

First time at Valvoline. Marina was great and took care of me as a customer. They maintained integrity and I was in and out quickly. Everybody seemed to genuinely say goodbye as I was pulling out. I'll be coming back, no doubt.
