Worst post office in TX by far!!!! Edguardo has the worst customer service in the history of this post office, I'm convinced!

This location is the WORST. I seriously try to avoid using them if at all possible. We have a cluster mailbox and are constantly getting mail for the wrong street and have our own mail misdelivered to the wrong address. I'm currently missing a package as we speak, with zero ways to track it down. I would give negative stars if possible. It's ridiculous how often mistakes are made.

The supervisor at this Post Office location purposely makes sure not to have any kind of clear tape on the counter for use by the customer, they want customers to buy an entire roll of new tape that they sell, when all that the customer may need is just a small piece of 3" tape for their package. This incident happened to me at this location and I had to go to the next closest Post Office and they gladly provided me the small peice of tape that I needed, and they did not demand that I buy an entire roll of tape. Avoid this post office if you can, they are not very friendly and seem very corrupt in my opinion. Big thumbs down ? and I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. ?

You can never reach a live person via phone. I had to drive here for an answer I could've gotten over the phone. Automated answering machines don't address all issues. Need someone to start answering the phone

The front counter postman was helpful. I came in, dropped off some first class and went on about my day. Definitely recommend.

I had 3 Priority Mail packages to mail . This is the best Post Office I have ever been to. Excellent Customer Service by Berto. Very friendly and helpful.

I was there today. The reviews are absolutely right! One of the guys at the counter handed me a pen like I had some form of disease . Then three of them were whispering while looking at me and my mum and started laughing. I felt horrible . Will not be visiting again. I hope they close it.

The WORST post office ever! Don’t waste your time here. Go to the Cibolo office just a short distance away. Schertz NEVER has supplies. I don’t get it. Cibolo is covered up with all sizes of boxes and supplies. Schertz has NOTHING!

Horrible post office. The people that work at this place are the most unhelpful and argumentative people you will ever meet. Just needed to pick up a key for my mailbox since we just moved to Selma. Even with paperwork showing I owned the house the lady said I needed more proof. Just lazy workers. No wonder this countries falling apart.

***WARNING***DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE LOCATION. STAFFED BY PEOPLE WHO COULD CARE LESS!!!I dropped off prepaid packages for my customers. Went home and got messages from customers stating tracking shows dropped off and delivered/pickup same day. Tracking will not update even though postal workers stated it was at the San Antonio hub for processing. What a mess these morons caused for me and my customers. Customers think I kept the packages and their money??? ?????

Yesterday I was watching my delivery through tracking. It said on time and I would get it that day. Then all of a sudden it said held at post office at customers requested. I never requested that and never clicked sign for delivery. Oh I got the small package in my order but not the large package in my order of this tracking number. 9400111206217704125609 I have had this very message on my tracking before and, when someone go's to the post office to see if it is there. They the reply they don't have it. I have been stolen from at least 6 times. And packages tampered with multiple times. If this package was sign to deliver and I did miss it I would have got a pink slip on my door. I did not pick sign to deliver I got the small half of my order out of the box so where is the larger half. I will tell you where at the person delivering the mails house. They make my tracking say that then take it home to go through it and keep what they like. Someone at the Schertz Texas post office is stealing mail. That is a federal crime and it needs to be investigated. I have lost about $200.00 over this theft problem. It has been reported in the past and still continues.
