Amy has been one of the most helpful customer experience reps I’ve ever dealt with. I was in need of gathering my belongings from a toxic situation. She made sure my items were picked up and over the course of days (plural) walked me through getting my items back to me from a very non cooperative ex situationship. I was already frustrated after several FAILED attempts with USPS. She was patient, kind, attentive, and responsive. We got creative and she helped me close a door on a near cult like experience.
