The staff and management worked to help everyone in a timely fashion and have all of the resources I need to pack and ship. They do passport photos and notary as well. Holy cow! They’ve got it all.

This particular location (17460 I-35N, Schertz) is where I have had a mailbox for almost 1 year and the staff if Very helpful to help however they can with my packages. I am a disabled vet and bring my service dog with me and the staff has taken the time to learn my dog's name. Connecting is the reason I renew my mailbox here.

I like to take the time out to let everyone know that UPS Store#3403. The entire staff gives welcoming greetings, great customer service, they are very kind, enthusiastic, and quick service to each of their customers who walks into their store!! The personnel at the Schertz, TX store are always friendy & helpful without rushing you. I use this location for Amazon returns and I've never had any concerns or problems with the service provided.

Second time disappointed. First time flyers were cut wrong. Had to recut white border left at home. This time received instructions on how to place order and followed thru. Week later no word on order. Called and was informed order not processed as store never received response from email verifying order. Never got the email. Female employee rude for the second time. Never using UPS again.
