Stay away from this place. There’s nothing happy about this place at all. We stored a motor home here and when we came to pick it up the other day, the catalytic converter had been cut out and stolen.Out of curiosity, I checked all the other motor homes in the same row as ours, every one of them was cut out and gone. I’m sure all the other vehicles on the property had their cats stolen as well.The storage managers/owners knew about it and they didn’t notify anyone. When we contacted them about it, they said the vehicle is stored at your own risk and they’re not responsible. They told us to just file a police report. They were absolutely no help and didn’t even offer an apology. They have cameras, but said nothing was caught on film. Was this an inside job? Something doesn’t add up.The front security gate is left wide open for anyone to get in. They might as well post up an invitation to steal sign out front. Nothing is secure here at all.Anyway, we won’t be using this place ever again and suggest others move their vehicles as well. You’d be better off storing your motor home under the overpass in the hood.

Dirty environment. Trucks are parked far from the rental location so you're left walking a good distance through the lot, through an entire carwash, into a small field area to get to a truck. Not safe when alone returning a vehicle a night.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Selected this location to return a trailer because we needed to have our return slip printed and no one was working during their posted business hours. When we called the number, we spoke to Lorraine who said her husband was there somewhere (he was not) and she was across town and couldn't be bothered to help us. She was very rude and told us to just find another location. This is no way to run a business. "Happy" storage is definitely a lie. Do not come here.

I had a storage container for about 2 years. Off and on I would have issues with the gate. Now that's not the problem. The issue was that every other time I tried to get in I would get information that I was over due. How can I be over due when I have automatic payments? "the system" would kick my debit card out. Me trusting the system didn't check my monthly statements. I tried going in after a few months and low and behold unable to gain entrance. I called the office and again stated that I'm over due. Now it's not one or two months. It was 6-8 months with over due fees! I would have to pay around 2000 dls to get my stuff out. Tried to pay without fees, which the manager knew that this happened more than once to me . They still wanted me to pay. So I lost everything I had in the unit. Including my family furniture. Never again.
