I visit 2 places regularly in this center in Schertz=Abel's Diner which is consistently yummy & Stitched in Schertz for all my fabric & sewing needs.

This is a decent t little shopping center. I stopped in at the Shipley's DoNuts to grab half a dozen. The rest of the shopping center is clean and easy to navigate. The entrance is just of the I35 Feeder...so beware of traffic behind you as you...aside from that there is a good variety of resturants here.
