I felt lost the whole time I was there. I explained to them that I’ve never been to this place. I felt very uncomfortable. I did not know where to go and what to do next because nothing was explained. The guy that assisted me talked so fast I could not understand him. The process is all over the place. I got to my vehicle and seen that the vehicle was not cleaned to the standard I wanted. The floor still needed to be vacuumed and so did other places in the vehicle. This place is a bit too ghetto and I won’t be returning. $35 went to waste.

This is an extremely well-managed business. Managers and staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Going above and beyond and for no reason at all. Very happy with them. Could not wait to give them a great review. Thank you for everything you guys.

I went to this location a day ago an my truck was barley clean all my dead bug etc from my road trip was still on the front my steps was not touch an don't let me start on the inside I new I wasn't going back there anyway it just a waist of $60 I normally do it myself but was too tired never again..

Wash Tub tends to do the base line or the basic. I find that the employees do not give 110%. When something is not done on my car, I will ask why it wasn’t done. The response is “well if you ask we will do it, but you didn’t ask. Vacuuming the crumbs out of my cupholders and/or the matted area between my seats should be automatic. Wiping seats down should be automatic as well.When you are paying $30-$40 for a car wash, interior should be vacuumed and wiped down. I feel like Wash Tub can do the minimum bc there is no other car washes in the area…no competition, so Schertz is stuck with the minimum. wish customer service would step up and take care of the customer.

This place is the most expensive in San Antonio and they charge you more than the normal price. Be careful, I would never return there again

I just left the wash tub and everybody was super friendly. Josh supervised my detail and made sure everything was perfect before releasing. Will never go anywhere else !!!

The car wash and interior detailing part of my visit was great, the car is clean and looks nice. However, I noticed my car had been sitting for nearly 30 minutes without anyone working on it so I approached nthe counter to ask how much longer they would be as I was already going to be late getting back to work now. Someone comes up and says ,"oh yes your car just got finished".. despite the fact that I had literally seen it sitting there finished for nearly 30 minutes.
Please get better at notifying your customers when their vehicle is ready, and don't lie and say it was just finished when you forget to tell the customer it's ready.

The wash at this location took around 20 minutes. The customer service was good, they weren't pushy with additional services, and the waiting area was very comfortable.

The only reason I come here is because they do wash the interior and actually clean the car mats, what a Great service, and the guys are pretty friendly too

This was the first time I’ve visited a Wash Tub and unfortunately it didn’t go well. I was recommended a Super Clean wash with a sticker price of $89. I was told by the service advisor that this would only take 15 mins longer than the their standard washes.
It did no such thing. It took over an hour longer. I watched as the attendants took their time between my car and their cell phones.
The car was mostly clean, I will say that they did an excellent job on the interior as well. The body had some notable stains/spots still on it and the touchscreen was completely bypassed. There were water spots still left on the windows as well.
I will take responsibility in the fact I had to leave before I could completely do a walk around. I completed it when I got home (I live 2 miles down the road and was late for a virtual appointment… however I noticed the screen first and walked around the rest after I got home and completed my appointment ).
I’m debating even going back to apply their 48 he guarantee. I didn’t expect to pay as much as I did and not get it done as promised. I’m also hesitant to go back if it’s going to take just as long again to get this right.
I may give them another shot but to be honest, probably not for a while.
