This was the first time I had ever used sport clips. I live in va and was here on business. Although I got skipped several times my 20 minute wait ended up being a hr. It was worth it . The lady was great n did a awesome job. Just wish I could remember her name to give her props. She was also very interesting woman. Ty girls

Very bad haircut place to get a trim or cut I feel like the people that cut your hair are very unprofessional the lady messed me up bad very horrid cut she cut it short and left a 5in strand left on my hair while the rest of my hair was short I gave her and it looked nothing like it definitely don’t go here worst place ever

I would want to say that they place is absolutely amazing. Great staff, really kind and nice. Great products for your hair as well as skin.I really love how they did my hair as I asked for a Taper 2 as well as a trim on top and it was great. And for it being my first time they offered a MVP to any first time comers.Highly recommend for any (men mainly speaking) looking for a really gray haircut place. It has sports playing on tvs, and it feels as if your in your own garage. Very welcoming. Next time I go I’ll post some pictures for sure

Terrible experience. My 14 year old is in tears. He ashed for 1 inch off the top, and the stylist took 4. Do not go here the stylists dont listen to their clients

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was next in line and watched some old guy cut in front of 3 of us waiting with appointments. Rude and awful staff to allow this. Will never come to this location again.

I Had been trying to get in for a cut by Mandy but had not seen her available for two weeks. Bit the bullet and tried my luck with Jasmine. You would think the manager would be a safe choice, that was my first mistake. I haven’t had a haircut this bad in 30 years, and that includes the chop job at Army basic training. Cut so short on top that I need past to keep any kind of form to my hair. Seems like this place can’t keep the good stylists they all seem to leave for better studios.

Turnover rate too high, no consistency. Sign of bad management/ownership. Can never get the same cut twice because your stylist likely quit. I’m sure management pushes the ladies to sell products which gets old. We’re men most of us use one soap for everything. Better off selling cigars honestly.
