This will be our go to auto shop for as long as it possibly can be. We took our vehicle there for the first time this week. Brian gave us a run down of everything that could be done and then detailed the more immediate needs. They had the car fixed up ahead of schedule and went above and beyond to make sure our tires were safe for an upcoming trip. They even put together a bag of snacks for my two kids for the road trip! The customer service and genuine care for their customers are unmatched. I’ve never been treated so well by any company. Thank you so much!!!

I had the best experience at this business. At 49 years old, I’ve never had to get a car inspection. The staff were amazing, quick and prompt. They talked me through the process, gave me the address to get my new tags, and were warm and wonderful! They even give you a $2 bill for coffee, and a small herb garden. I’m not kidding, definitely worth it!

Beth and the Total true team are great! They provided upfront the estimate of charges and once my vehicle was looked over they sent a detailed report with the good and the items that need attention either now or down the road along with pictures and explanations, this was extremely helpful for both my knowledge and also gaining my trust. Beth said in contact through the process, provided an estimate for all work including suggested future work, I never felt pressure to agree to any additional services and it was helpful to know costs for future work so I can make a plan.
