This bank used to be great with customer service but has really deteriorated over the years. I was given an attitude for asking how much longer to wait in the lobby line, after waiting 15 minutes already, and representatives seem to be taking their time in between customers (to their credit they may be closing up documentation from the previous customer). It's disappointing and frustrating, unfortunately.

I had a really good experience recently with a teller inside. She was so friendly and patient as my family had several things to cash and deposit. It took a while and she was never rude and very thorough with the transactions. I never got her name but the receipt says Teller 609.

I love the convenience of this location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and always ready to provide great service. I'm my opinion this branch is much quicker at processing transactions because it's not as busy as other local branches. The APR's for the credit cards and loans are very competitive and reasonable compared to other financial institutions. They offer FREE Notary services for members ONLY.

So I’ve been coming to this bank for the longest. Until today. I met the assistant manager name sandy who was disrespectful and rude. The whole time she kept saying this was her bank and she does certain things at this bank than others. The most unprofessional lady I have met.

I have handled everything from notaries to opening multiple accounts at this branch. They have been great and love they are my neighborhood branch office. Always polite staff willing to help me out.

This branch needs to go. Not open during open hours. Staff is rude and are flat out liars. This branch may be close to me but i will never go to it again and i am weighing the option of taking my account to Chase.

Customer service is what's it should be all about...unfortunately this bank is not. Other banks go above and beyond for their customers....switch to Navy Fed or Security Service.
