I went to recycle items on Friday, August 9th, arriving at 3:20. The place was closed with a sign on the gate saying they were open until 3:30, with no explanation of why they weren't open. The website even says they're open to 4PM. A good operation like this needs to have consistent advertised hours and it needs to follow them. If not they need to at least post an explanation.

Well they did answer the phone which I very much appreciated & only dropped off one star bc they DON’T take bagged leaves. Hope this is helpful!
