“The staff at this place is beyond amazing! They are always helpful, friendly and welcoming. I come here often to drop off large quantities of mail on behalf of my mother for her business and these guys are patient with me everytime. I greatly appreciate it and I can’t say enough of these guys.

“I usually don’t leave reviews for public institutions but I had a great experience getting my passport renewed here. Everyone was patient, efficient, helpful and friendly. I had to wait about an hour to get my passport renewed but that was expected since I didn’t make an appointment.”

“Everytime I go into the PO in Marion I am so glad that we have such friendly and helpful postal workers in our little town! After having to go to NB Post Office a few times, I am so very happy that we don't have to deal with that. We are blessed!”
“Been here several times and it's one of my favorite post offices. There are normally two women who work here and they always have smiles on their faces and work efficiently. When I say there is never a line there is practically never a line. The longest I have seen was three people. My items are scanned that day.”

The staff has been very polite and helpful.On a side note, i have noticed that postal workers here are far more happier and better at the customer service aspect of their jobs than those in Albuquerque.You all must treat them right for them to so jovial! “This is for the person who helped me, NOT the office itself. I have had issues with this post office for years. The woman at the front is always rude, slow, and clearly doesn’t want to be there. The line is always outrageous and people complain. Today, I walked in and the line was moving which I thought was odd. I got to the front and a nice man named Dion was at the window. Let me tell you, the difference in service was wonderful. He made a trip that I usually dread so pleasant. Hopefully this service continues.”
