When my check engine light came on I went to a mechanic and he told me I had a gas tank leak and would have to replace my gas tank. Since I didn’t smell gas fumes; I decided to go here and explained my situation tons great Customer Service Rep Her name was Lawanda. She plugged the machine into my car and told me it said it was my gas cap. She was so wonderful and fixed my problem saving me lots of money. Please go to this store and ask for her. I will always go back this location and may call before I come to make sure she is working.

I use This Orielys often the only complaint I have is nobody inforces handicap parking spaces there is always cars parked in the parking without permits

Disappointed with the free battery check. Was having starter issues and went to get everything tested. The employee said everything tested clear with no issues. My battery was putting out 200 v and needed to be 700 v. Needless to say, I purchased a new battery from a different store and the issue was fixed.

Alexis was very helpful and super nice. She was very knowledgeable of the things we were needing and showed us different options in our price range. She also changed out the battery for us and was very nice about doing so. Definitely come here :))

As hot as it is out here in Schertz Lauren helped me with my battery. My poor Altima was not trying to start and Lauren came to the rescue! I really appreciate her and her wonderful customer service. Simply amazing.
